Ordering system for pizzerias and delivery

A pizzeria sells the same dish in three sizes, with toppings that come and go, and it does so thirty times an hour. What turns into a pile of notes on the phone, the ordering page takes down in a fixed shape and hands to the oven in print.

Sizes with their own prices

Small, large, family or party: every size has its own price, including the extras.

Toppings on and off

Extra cheese on, onions off. Whatever the guest picks appears on the kitchen receipt.

Pasta, salads, starters

Their own groups next to the pizza, with portion sizes and sides where there are any.

Friday night

When thirty orders arrive at once, the till sorts them by delivery time, not by arrival.

Half and half

Two toppings on one base go through a group of options or the notes field and are printed in bold on the receipt.

The oven sets the pace

How many pizzas go out in a quarter of an hour is up to you, per time window. Once it is full, the page offers the next one.

A pizza menu in GastroSell

On a pizza menu the same dish appears several times: once per size, with its own price and its own surcharges for the extras. In GastroSell you set the sizes up once as a group, 26 cm, 32 cm and family, and assign them to every pizza. When the price of the large one changes, you change it in a single place.

The toppings hang off that same group. Extra cheese costs less on a small pizza than on a family tray, and both sit in the same line. Removed toppings travel along without a price and appear on the receipt as their own line below the item, so nobody in the kitchen has to go looking for them.

Questions from your kitchen

Yes. Every size has its own price, and extras can cost a different amount per size, exactly as on your menu.

Removed toppings and extras are printed right below the item. Half and half or well done go into the notes field and are printed in bold on the receipt.

They are ordinary sizes in your size group. You set them up once and assign them to your pizzas.

As an ordinary dish in a group of its own, say "offer of the week". You take the group off the menu with one click, without deleting it, and put it back next time.

Yes, the guest decides in the basket. Pickup can carry its own discount, delivery a minimum order value and a fee per postcode.

The till sorts open orders by delivery time, not by arrival. The kitchen sees what goes into the oven next, the driver sees the round in the order of the addresses.
